 As a side project last Fall I developed a custom six pack holder.
 It took some testing to figure out all the different tolerances but after some time I was able to make the finger joints of the box so tight that they would be held together by pressure alone.
 In fact they were so tight they had to be hammered together for assembly.
 Here is a detail of the etched surface. The design for this iteration of the box was inspired from old typographical elements.
